Founder’s Story

The story of Beverly Hills Residences begins from the journey of a young man going abroad for his education and how his experiences and struggles paved the way for the idea of Beverly Hills Residences. As an international student studying abroad, I was a rather taciturn individual with little self-confidence. However, this was about to change in the next few years becoming a perfect example of “failure to success.” I got an opportunity to become a member of my university’s entrepreneurial club which served as a confidence booster and brushed up my innate entrepreneurial interests.

After completing my undergraduate studies in Business Management, E-Commerce & Digital Marketing from The American University Washington, D.C , I was offered a position as a Digital Marketing Analyst at the biggest hotel company of the world, Marriott Worldwide Headquarters as a Digital Marketer as well as an  innovator working on several projects with their Innovation Team. I was fortunate to be a part of a signature project of Innovation lab aiming to design the room of the future: the smart room, incorporating AI devices to personalize and enhance guest’s experience.

This project provided me great insight about the real-estate world and an experiential learning of how automation and technology can be integrated to transform lives. Working on such innovative ideas and going into the depth of this project ignited a flame of motivation and inspiration to do the same in my home country. I instantly knew that I had to do something crazy in Pakistan: a piece of art that is referred back. I was well up on the business knowledge passed onto me by my ancestors, what I required the most was a spark of determination to give life to my dreams. During these times, I discovered that I had somehow transitioned from a young boy with insecurities to a man who was certain and sure of himself and his aspirations.

I enrolled into the University of Southern California, Los Angeles for my Master’s Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Los Angeles is renowned as the “The City of Dreamers” and since I was an alien in this new city with no friends and family, I had no choice but to explore Los Angeles all alone with my car being my only companion. I drove across the Hollywood Hills and finally stopped my car upon reaching Beverly Hills wonderstruck by the scenic beauty and deeply serene atmosphere. The enchantment of that view incited a desire in me to bring about a project in my home country at a place with a similar view & feel. This proved to be a game-changer moment and I sensed an element of immense motivation in myself. My peerless love for Beverly Hills, LA became the driving-force for the Project of Beverly Hills Residences. The photo below shows that point on the Hollywood Hills that inspired me for this project.

I grew up hoping to see Pakistan rapidly progressing at the pace of developed countries; one way a country achieves that is through its architecture and beautiful buildings. I desired to see the same flamboyant and modern architecture in Pakistan that I had witnessed in a foreign land so my people could experience a similar sense of tranquility and homeliness that I felt miles away.
I was a traveler by nature who had travelled across the length and breadth of Pakistan. Once while driving on the Murree Expressway, my eyes caught a glimpse of a view extremely similar to the view of Beverly Hills, LA stuck in my memory for so long. Ecstatic and certain of my next steps, I purchased the land to connect the dots and bring my dream from vision to reality. The photo below shows the night view of Beverly Hills Residences.

An epiphanic moment brought my lifelong dream into the real world known as “Beverly Hills Residences”. This project is really close to my heart and I am determined to serve experiential living to the people of Pakistan through innovation & thoughtfulness. Owing to my passion for hospitality, I am an aspirant to provide ever-lasting sophistication and a high standard living experience never attained before.
